Your kennel team and notifications

Invite your team

Everyone in your kennel team sees the same records. Go to Settings → Kennel Team, choose the Role for new invite, then tap Generate & Copy Invite Link and send it to them. They sign up through the link, which expires after 30 days.

• Manager: full access to your records. Only you, as the owner, can invite people and approve delete requests.
• Entries only: can add and change records, but deleting anything needs your approval.
• Vet (read-only): can see your dogs’ records and add or change health records, such as treatments, health events, vet approvals and microchip numbers. Can’t delete anything, and doesn’t see your contacts, contracts, finances, waiting lists or mileage.

When an Entries only member asks to delete something, the request shows on your Dashboard to approve or reject.

Push notifications

Push notifications are turned on for each device separately. On every phone, tablet or computer you want them on, go to Settings → Notifications and tap Enable push notifications.

When reminders arrive

• Reminder time: when your daily summary arrives, in the timezone you choose (8:00 am unless you change it).
• Quiet Hours: no reminder pop-ups overnight (9 pm to 7 am unless you change them). Feed reminders for hand-reared puppies still come through, and so does your daily summary if its time falls inside your quiet hours.
• Notify me about: turn off notifications for any kind of reminder you don’t want to be pinged about, such as tick season. Those reminders still show in Reminders.

Tap Save Notification Settings when you’re done. Each person in your team has their own notification settings.

Your own reminders

To add a reminder of your own, go to Reminders → Add Reminder. Give it a Title, choose the Type and Due Date, and set Remind me early to how many days before. Then tap Add Reminder. Tap the clock icon to snooze a reminder for 1, 3, 7 or 14 days, or tick it off when it’s done.
