WhelpHQPlans, the free trial and billing
How the 14-day free trial works, the difference between the Breeder and Kennel plans, and how to change or cancel your plan.
Every new WhelpHQ account starts with a 14-day free trial with every feature. You don’t need a credit card to start.
The two plans
Both plans include every feature and unlimited dogs. The only difference is how many litters you whelp:
- Breeder: up to 2 litters in any 12 months.
- Kennel: unlimited litters.
Pay monthly, or yearly and get 2 months free. Prices are in Australian dollars and include GST for Australian customers. Current prices are on the Upgrade page.
When the trial ends
Choose a plan on the Upgrade page to keep using WhelpHQ. Until you do, only Settings, Help, Feedback and the Upgrade page open.
Change or cancel
- Once you’re on a paid plan, go to Settings → Subscription & Billing → Manage Billing to change plans or update your card.
- If you cancel, your data is kept for at least 30 days so you can come back.
